The Odessa Chamber of Commerce is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Operations Department. This individual will perform adminstrative duties and general office support. Position does require some after 5PM events.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, social media posting, and other duties as assigned. Microsoft Office skills are required, as well as internet research abilities and communication skills.
- Maintaining client files
- Assist in tasks related to events
- Answer telephone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
- Purchase supplies as needed for office and programs
- Maintain social media posts
- Maintain Chambertising and event spreadsheets
- Process invoices for payment
- Attend all Chamber programs and functions as requested
