REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION: Qualified applicants will possess:
- Valid driver license
- Contractor License issued by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) (Class A preferred)
- EPA 608 Universal license ? OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 credential preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in the HVAC/construction industry
- Experienced in training, teaching, onboarding, or supervising new employees (formally or informally)
- Highly self-motivated requiring minimal supervision
- Ability to be flexible, persistent, and confident ? Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- General working knowledge of internet-based software, including word processing software (Microsoft Word or Google Docs, virtual meeting software (Zoom), and e-mail software (Gmail)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION:
- Experience teaching a vocational training program or experience teaching team members
- Experience working with underserved populations, e.g., individuals experiencing homelessness, at-risk youth, justice-involved individuals, or other underserved groups
