Permian Basin Adult Literacy Center's Odessa English Classes
Permian Basin Adult Literacy Center will be offering English Language Learning classes in Odessa at Odessa Bible Church on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 PM beginning January 8th, 2020 and running through April 29th, 2020. Students are required to pay a once-yearly enrollment fee of $25.00.
