For entries into the parade: Arrive at 7:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. If entry arrives after 9:00 a.m. you will be charged an entry fee but will NOT be judged. Line up begins at 8:00 a.m.
When:Thursday, July 4, 2019 10:00 AM thru 12:00 PM
Where:Andrews Hwy. from Odessa College Parking Lot and ending on 9th Street at the ECISD Administration Building.
