Forever Full Margarita Fiesta

Who We Are:
The West Texas Food Bank is the largest collaborative nonprofit agency in the Permian Basin. We proudly distribute food to children, families and seniors through a network of more than 65 partner agencies in 19 counties across 34,000 square miles of West Texas.

What We Do:
In fiscal year 2017 the West Texas Food Bank distributed 6 million pounds of food, of which 800,000 pounds was fresh produce and 3.5 million pounds was recovered from 23 partnering grocery stores in our region. Fresh produce was harvested in our greenhouses and planting beds was used in our pantries and nutrition education classes. Our Food 2 Kids program provided 38,908 weekend bags of food to 1,252 students in 22 schools across West Texas. The Kid’s Café program served 54,376 meals at five sites during the school year, and 39,327 meals at eight sites over the summer. Our generous community supported the distribution of over 500,000 pounds of food and supplies to the victims of Hurricane Harvey. Lastly, for every one dollar donation, we can provide four meals to our hungry neighbors, and $.95 of every dollar goes right back into the community.

A Sponsorship Opportunity
Your dedication to helping those in need is why we ask for your support of the West Texas Food Bank’s Forever Full Margarita Fiesta. The event will take place Saturday, March 24th, at the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center.
By giving to our annual event you will be supporting the West Texas Food Bank and helping us provide for our hungry neighbors. Your donation will be recognized at the event in several ways.
There are two remaining underwriting opportunities available; Food and Beverage Sponsor and Silent Auction Sponsor. Please contact us at the number below for more information. Table sponsorship opportunities are enclosed.
We hope we can count on you to help support our cause. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
