Bell Texas Development is working with engineering and architecture to develop a portion of Spur 588 a new retail development for Odessa. Plans are for an 18,000 square foot center. Lease space are available and construction should begin the fourth quarter of 2018. Shops could be available by summer of 2019.
Land sites will be available within the development tract at Cross B Road and N Faudree Road. Other opportunities include sites at E Yukon Road and Circle Cross Road.
