      The 2022 Distinguished Achievement Award (aka Gold Franny) of the International Franchise Association was awarded to Cassie Gerety. This prestigious award rewards excellence among franchisees for operational excellence, audit scores, community involvement, store safety, and team member morale.

       Cassie was born and raised here in Midland, Texas. She started working at Domino’s as a Delivery Driver back in 1995. She worked her way up through the ranks being a shift leader, Store Manager, Supervisor, Operations Director and now is the majority owner and franchisee for the 24 Domino’s stores. Cassie’s stores are located in Midland, Odessa, Andrews, Big Spring, Monahans, Fort Stockton, Pecos, Seminole, Snyder, Sweetwater, and Abilene, Texas.

      Cassie said, “I cannot say how humbled, blessed and overwhelmed I am to have been chosen to receive such an award. The truth is that an award cannot be achieved without an amazing team from top to bottom! So, as I accepted my first award as a franchisee with Domino’s Pizza, I did so on behalf of all my amazing team members who make it happen every day with pride and integrity.”

      In addition to the Gold Franny Award, Cassie Gerety was also notified that she has the 2022 National General Manager of the Year working for her organization! Noah Sellers received the highest most distinguished recognition you can ever get at Domino’s Pizza, The U.S. General Manager of the Year. Noah and his team provide amazing service and product at the Briarwood location in Midland.
