Odessa, Texas: Coby Wishert, Chief Executive Officer of third-generation, family-owned,
veteran-operated Thermal Scientific, Inc., announced the promotion of RACHELLE SANCHEZ
to the Regional Branch Manager position for the Odessa branch.

Coby said “In Rachelle’s 12 years with Thermal Scientific she has gained not only the knowledge
and skills to lead our largest and busiest branch, but also the confidence and trust of Thermal Scientific’s people.”
He continued, “Her journey from Inside Sales Associate to Assistant Manager to Branch
Manager is a testament to the growth opportunities available at Thermal Scientific and our
commitment to nurturing and promoting our internal talent.”

The Branch Manager role in Odessa is a welcomed challenge for Rachelle. She now
leads a growing team with Customer Service, Warehouse and Delivery roles while managing
inventory spread throughout over 22,000 square feet of warehouse space.
